MEMAN 2nd GA and 4th Technical Committee Meeting

The Technical Centre for Mechanical Industries (CETIM), one of the MEMAN partners, hosted a second General Assembly and fourth Technical Committee meeting in Senlis, France.

During 1 and 2 March 2016, project partners reviewed the outcomes achieved so far, and the current status of the on-going tasks after fourteen months of the duration of the project.

The meetings presented some of the main results of WP1, WP2 and WP3 which have already been completed. The outcomes of the technological analysis of the value chain processes and interfaces were shared by CETIM. Partners could also learn about the multi-stakeholder decision-making toolbox, being currently developed by the Braunschweig University of Technology. Part of the meeting was also dedicated to review the progress and planning of the development of value chain simulation and modelling.

The dissemination and communication activities were also an important part of the discussions, together with exploitation of the future results of the MEMAN project.

Future matters were also addressed establishing an action plan for every task facing the work in next six months of the project.

The next plenary meeting of the project is scheduled to take place in the second half of 2016.
